If beaches aren't what spring to mind when Indiana is the topic, consider an enlightening excursion to Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, where dunes, beaches, savannah, marsh, fen and forest compete for the savvy outdoors enthusiast's attention.
This route takes you through Kentucky's Bluegrass region. It follows what was first a buffalo trace, and then a 1800s Shaker road. The road follows rolling hills, and scenic pastures highlighted by miles and miles of black and white planked fences, horse barns that look like mansions, and tobacco fields. Another notable feature of the area is the limestone rock fences built by Irish stone masons in the mid 1800s.
We offer a compact version of Go-Indiana for mobile users, allowing you to access just the information you need on the road. Of course, you can still use the full version of Go-Indiana on your mobile device just as you can on your desktop.
